This is tasty and easy to make. It is one of our little families favorite and you can make it more funky by using different type or taste sausages to jazz it up when want to be more adventures. But even ittleones love it.
Ingredients (serves 4)
0.5kg waxy potatoes, cubed
2 tbl butter
8-12 sausages – depends how big they are
4-6 smoked bacon rashes
1 carrot, cubed
100ml white wine
200ml vegetables stock
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp mixed herbs
salt and pepper
Bring saucepan of water to boil and boil potatoes for semi soft in the pan. Drain and leave it on side.
In large wok pan, melt the butter and add sausages to the pan. Fry them for five minutes by turning their sides or until browned evenly.
Add bacon, carrots, onion and potatoes to the pan. Cook it for 10 minutes by flipping it around on the wok pan.
add white wine, stock, Worchestershire sauce and herbs. when it is on boiling point, turn the heat to mid-low and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
Serve it with extra herbs on the top and ENJOY!
