I found this recipe about six years ago and I have now made it more suitable for myself. It’s super filling and keeps you on the go for good. Its not, in obvious reason, suitable for people with nut allergies – BUT if you are nuts about nuts, then I got you with this!

Ingredients (serves 2)
100g walnuts
100g hazelnuts
100g coconut flakes
100g pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp of cinnamon
2 tsp of freshly grinded ginger
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
Directions:

Add the oil for pan with the spices. Let it melt together and roast the spices within the oil for 30 seconds or until you start to smell the spice mix. Throw in the nuts and seeds and mix it together, making sure that everything is covered with the oil.

Place the mix on baking tray and roast in oven for 10 minutes under 160C degree or throw it under the low grill. Mixing it occasionally.

Serve with some nut based milk and Enjoy!
