Quick pre workout 3-4 ingredient breakfast smoothie

This is super simple, takes about 3 minutes to do and Frills you up. Also add as your fiber and fruits of the day. And if you like to add the optional whey or Wigan protein powder, you are topping up your protein power as well. I drink it mostly as my first breakfast before run or workout as it fills me up but wouldn’t make me too full for not being able to move around.

Excellent to use of balancing and opening these three chakras: root, sacrum and solar plexus.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 glass of grapefruit juice

1 medium banana

1 cup of raspberries 

1 scoop of whey or vegan protein (optional but suggested as it makes it super creamy)

Instructions:

Throw everything in blender and swish it around there for about a minute.

Pour it out and enjoy!
